The History
The two townhouses on 324-326 West 108th Street were built in 1898 by Janes & Leo. The architects behind these historic beauties incorporated the then-popular Renaissance-Revival architectural style, and constructed the buildings using a combination of limestone, terra cotta, and brick . Due to the special architecture and historic value of these two townhouses, the property received prestigious Landmark designation in 2015.
