Ben Zion Suky, is the founder of Bensco LLC and a recognized real estate developer and investor in New York and Florida.
Ben Suky’s early commitment to hard work and enterprise took root during his adolescence, following an influential trip from his native Israel to the United States to live with a relative immersed in business. At age 16, Suky returned to the States and began working in the family business. As the business grew, he was quickly entrusted with a key role in its management and daily operations, overseeing financial matters and coordinating with a wide range of stakeholders. Even before obtaining his driver’s license, Suky had already developed the negotiation and operational skills needed to help lead and manage complex responsibilities across the organization.

In the early 2000s, Ben Suky’s accumulated success inspired him to depart from the family business to start his own independent firm. He began purchasing and renting out apartments, multi-family, and dual-purpose properties and condominiums, appraising them alongside partnering with different corporate housing projects
Ben Zion Suky founded his real estate and financing company in 2009, leading the procurement, growth, and operation of innumerable high-value properties. Bensco LLC specializes in multi-family and dual-purpose properties and condominiums in New York and Miami. Suky excels at finalizing substantial financial contracts and maneuvering through intricate capital frameworks. He frequently partners on premium transactions with real estate and investment leaders such as Madison Realty Capital, Newmark, JLL, CBRE, Carlyle Group, and numerous additional firms.
In addition to his professional activities, Suky actively supports various charitable foundations in his neighborhood, throughout the great New York region, and internationally, including the IAC (Israeli-American Council), an organization that champions Israel’s interests and aims to unify Israeli-American Jewish communities. Additionally, he provides financial backing to Hatzalah, the worldwide Jewish emergency medical response network, BeLev Echad, an initiative supporting wounded Israeli military personnel, plus many additional groups both locally and overseas.
