Since The Real Estate Co. opened its doors, the company has been involved in helping customers buy or sell a great variety of properties including condos, twin homes, townhouses, mobile homes, rural land, commercial buildings and industrial premises. The Real Estate Co. takes a client-driven approach and, in addition to standard property services as listed above, they provide useful communication strategies, skilful marketing and expert industry knowledge to clients.
The Real Estate Co. also actively serves in the Dickinson community through various charitable projects. This includes volunteering activities, hosting of charitable events and giving back in various ways as required by the community.
Management:
The management team of The Real Estate Co. consists of a diverse team of property professionals who work as a team to bring a real estate experience which is above and beyond all expectations. The team is led by husband and wife team Tracey Hoff and Jackie Hoff assisted by marketing manager Amber Kuntz and office manager Gina Wariner. The rest of the team is made up of a broker associate and five realtors.
Tracey Hoff has been a licensed realtor for over two decades and is the co-owner of The Real Estate Co. He believes in putting clients’ interests first. Jackie Hoff is the other co-owner and is responsible for taking care of the day to day business operations of The Real Estate Co. Together, the Hoffs ensure that the experience of buying and selling of property is always a positive one.
History:
The Real Estate Co. was opened in January 2011 with a goal to launch a progressive real estate that serves the SW North Dakota market’s property needs while also providing highly professional and informed service to the region.
