Sky is led by founder and CEO Alex Dembitzer, who has decades of experience in real estate acquisition and management. Dembitzer is known for his entrepreneurial spirit and out-of-the-box thinking and has been the driving force behind Sky’s success since its inception.
Dembitzer leads a team of experienced real estate, finance, and investment professionals, each of whom adds their own expertise to the overall mission of Sky. Together they successfully source, manage, and operate a diverse collection of real estate assets and investments. The Sky team consistently produces high returns and capital appreciation.
In addition to founding Sky, Dembitzer and his wife are the founders of the Northern Charitable Foundation, a non-profit that supports public health programs in America and Israel.
History:
Dembitzer founded Sky Management Services, LLC in 2010. His vision was to create a company that would revamp and upgrade existing properties while simultaneously developing new properties for the company’s portfolio. Under the leadership of Dembitzer, Sky Management Services has become a major force in both the public and private real estate sector.
