Management:
The management team of Signature Real Estate consists of a real estate broker, an attorney and a certified public accountant. Ben G. Schachter is a broker and the president of Signature Real Estate. He plays a critical role in the everyday management of the company as well as its long-term goals. Schachter has been in the property industry since 2000 when he graduated. After joining Signature Real Estate in 2006, he became one of the company’s owners and took on the role of president. He is a licensed real estate broker, property manager and real estate instructor. Schachter is assisted by Mark F. Levy, Esq. who is an attorney and serves as vice president of the company, and Jack Jaiven, CPA, who is a certified accountant and serves as executive vice president of Signature Real Estate.
History:
Signature Real Estate was launched in March 2006 and has since experienced massive success and unprecedented growth even during a challenging economic environment that negatively affected the industry across the nation. Over the years Signature Real Estate developed strategic business alliances with major retirement communities and country clubs around Florida. As in 2019 the company operates from 22 physical offices and has a team of more than 1,100 professionals on board.
