• Evropeyskiy Shopping Centre – Known far and wide as one of Europe’s largest and most impressive shopping malls, the Evropeyskiy was opened in 2006 and offers a wide range of retail and entertainment options.
• Radisson Royal Hotel – Also operational as Hotel Ukraina, this building is one of the famous Stalin Skyscrapers. It was acquired and completely restored by Kievskaya Ploshchad and has since been upgraded to being one of the distinguished Radisson Collection hotels.
• Moskvarium Centre – Launched in 2015, Moskvarium is an aquarium and marine biology and oceanography centre. Although the Moskvarium Centre is landlocked, it is one of the largest aquariums in Russia and is home to a remarkable collection of marine creatures.

• Food City – The first of its kind in Russia, this project is an agricultural cluster opened in 2014. • Depo – Depo is an innovative food mall that was opened in 2014 in a beautiful building that used to be the Miussky Tram Depot and was extensively renovated to maintain its reputation as a cultural landmark.
